What to Expect

This program focuses on building a strong foundation—teaching proper technique, improving coordination, and developing confidence in the weight room. Each session is coach-led and intentionally programmed to help teens move well, get stronger, and understand the “why” behind what they’re doing.

Haven was crested to be a safe fitness space for members of all ages.

Class Details

2 Days a week

Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:15 pm

Each class is either UPPER or LOWER body focused and rotates every week.
