PROGRESSIVE STRENGTH TRAINING
Offered 3 times a week, these classes are centered around a “main movement” and are programmed to progressively overload your body. The program focus changes in cycles, so instead of just giving you one great workout at a time, our strength classes are based on a big-picture 12-week program, including 4 weeks of each phase: endurance, hypertrophy and strength.
CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED TO 10. MEMBERS ONLY.

Offered on Wednesdays and for special pop-ups, these classes are centered around core strength, mobility and coordination. Taught by a variety of instructors, each class is a little different.

Offered on Friday and Saturday, you can expect these classed to live up to their names. They are designed for anyone and everyone, no experience required.
Expect fun team challenges and relays as well as circuit work using a variety of equipment in the studio.

SUSTAIN is a mindful movement class designed to help you reconnect with your body through intentional postural work, foundational movement patterns, and the therapeutic principles of ELDOA.
This class emphasizes spinal health, joint decompression, and deep alignment — building a foundation of stability that supports longevity and pain-free movement in daily life.
