PROGRESSIVE STRENGTH TRAINING

Offered 3 times a week, these classes are centered around a “main movement” and are programmed to progressively overload your body. The program focus changes in cycles, so instead of just giving you one great workout at a time, our strength classes are based on a big-picture program, including 6 weeks of each phase: endurance, hypertrophy and strength.

Offered on Wednesdays and for special pop-ups, these classes are centered around core strength, mobility and coordination. Taught by a variety of instructors, each class is a little different.

Offered on Friday and Saturday, you can expect these classed to live up to their names. They are designed for anyone and everyone, no experience required.

Expect fun team challenges and relays as well as circuit work using a variety of equipment in the studio.

Our postpartum class focused on reconnecting you to your body and rebuilding your core. Classes are offered 2 times a week and run for 45-minutes. Baby-friendly for those that need to bring littles along with them!

Offered on Wednesdays, this is our introduction to strength training class. Workouts are meant to help build your confidence in your abilities and prep you for STRENGTH classes at Haven or for your own strength journey.

Class sizes are limited to 10 to ensure the hands on training that set Haven apart.
