Who We Are

We’re a collection of trainers and instructors whose passion for fitness is rooted in something deeper: a genuine passion for people.

At Haven Fitness, we’re here to help you get stronger—physically and mentally. We’re not a big-box gym. We’re a curated training experience built to support your progress and help you reach goals you may not even know you’re capable of yet.

Every workout at Haven is designed with three intentions in mind:

Be intentional with your body and your movement. We are here to teach you how to pay attention to how you feel when you are moving, so you get more out of each and every workout.

Tune In

Our approach is rooted in accessible strength training, but that doesn’t mean we take it easy. With expert guidance and a motivating group atmosphere, you’ll challenge yourself and grow in ways that matter.

Train Hard

Haven is grounded in community. We believe that when you prioritize yourself, you can BE KIND to both your body and the people around you. It’s strength with heart—and it’s what sets us apart.

Be Kind

KIRSTEN

Kirsten discovered fitness in her 20s while needing a form of stress relief during her sophomore year as a biology student. In 2018, she started teaching group fitness and became a certified personal trainer. Being able to help people, especially other women, realize their strength and capabilities is a huge reason why she wanted to open Haven Fitness. Kirsten loves that personal training allows her to combine her love of people and her love of learning.

She is dedicated to bringing intentional, elevated and well-programmed small group training to the Tri Cities. She lives in Richland with her husband, two rowdy boys and backyard chickens.
